Supercharged Berry Protein Smoothie

Mixed berries, protein, almond milk, and creamy Greek yogurt blend for a delicious muscle boost.

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 Cup Mixed Berries (Frozen/ Fresh)
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Seeds

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients:
Cut the Berries into smaller chunks for easier blending.

Add to blender:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Adjust the consistency by adding more Milk / Water
