Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 1⁄2 Green Apple
- 1⁄2 Cup Cucumber
- 1 Cup Water
- Ice Cubes
Prepare the ingredients:
Peel & Chop cucumber, Chop Apple into smaller chunks for easier blending.
Add to blender:
1. Blend Cucumber chunks, Apple chunks & Spinach leaves
2. Add water & Ice cubes. Blend again.
3. Adjust the consistency by adding more Water / Ice
