Cool Cucumber Pineapple Smoothie

Light, crisp cucumber meets tropical pineapple for a refreshing hydration boost.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks
  • ½ Cup Coconut Water
  • ½ Cup Cucumber, Peeled & Sliced
  • ½ Cup Coconut Yogurt
  • ½ Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • Ice Cubes (As Needed)

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients:
Peel the Cucumber & Pineapple & Cut into smaller chunks for easier
blending.

Add to blender:
1. Blend Pineapple, Cucumber
2. Add Coconut Yogurt & Water
3. Add Lime Juice
4. Add Chia Seeds
5. Adjust the consistency by adding more Water / Ice.

Serve & Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass or your portable bottle & enjoy!
