Cancellation Policy

At TR6, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@tr6fusion.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Once approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still initiate a return after receiving the product, in accordance with our Return Policy.
Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and meet the conditions outlined in the policy.

Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In case of a failed or duplicate payment, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. If not, please contact us for assistance.
