Ingredients:
- 1 Ripe Avocado, Halved & Pitted
- 1 Banana
- 2 Slices Of Pineapple
- 1 Cup Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 1 Cup Milk (Dairy Or Plant-based)
- 1⁄2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- Ice Cubes (As Desired)
Prepare the ingredients:
Peel the Avocado & Banana.
Cut the Pineapple slices into smaller chunks for easier blending.
Add to blender:
1. Place the Avocado, Banana, Pineapple & Spinach leaves in your blender.
2. Pour in the Milk & Vanilla Yogurt for a creamy base.
3. Add Honey
4. Toss in Ice cubes & blend until smooth.
5. Adjust the consistency by adding more Milk / Ice
