Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Milk (Dairy Or Plant-based)
- 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Or Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1⁄2 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Honey (Optional)
- Ice Cubes (As Needed)
Add to blender:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Add Ice cubes & blend again for a thicker texture.
3. Adjust the consistency by adding more Milk / Ice
