Power Peanut Butter Smoothie

Creamy peanut butter, protein, and Greek yogurt blend into a rich, muscle-fueling shake.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Milk (Dairy Or Plant-based)
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Or Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1⁄2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey (Optional)
  • Ice Cubes (As Needed)

Instructions

Add to blender:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Add Ice cubes & blend again for a thicker texture.
3. Adjust the consistency by adding more Milk / Ice
