Tropical pineapple and creamy coconut in a light, guilt-free blend.

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 Cup Pineapple
  • 1⁄2 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1⁄2 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • Ice Cubes (Optional)

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients:
Peel & Chop Pineapple into smaller chunks for easier blending.

Add to blender:
1. Blend Pineapple chunks & Chia seeds
2. Add Coconut water
3. Adjust the consistency by adding more Water / Ice
