Cucumber Mint Refresher

Cool cucumber and fresh mint combine for ultimate hydration.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Cucumber, Chopped
  • 1 Handful Mint Leaves
  • 1⁄2 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1⁄2 Lemon (Juice)
  • Ice Cubes (Optional)

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients:
Peel & Chop Cucumber into smaller chunks for easier blending.

Add to blender:
1. Blend Cucumber chunks & Mint leaves
2. Add Coconut water & Lemon Juice
3. Adjust the consistency by adding more Water / Ice
