Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Gift cards
• Used or damaged items due to wear or improper handling

Return Process

• Contact Us : To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@tr6fusion.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
• Pack & Ship : Securely pack your items in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service.
• Processing Your Return : Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team to arrange an exchange. For faster service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For the purpose of processing returns, please provide photos and videos of the returned product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
